I provide a holistic approach to therapy, for every part of us is uniquely interconnected: our thoughts, behaviors and our energy. What I find to be most important in life is the authentic journey we create for ourselves. When we are brave enough to know our true selves, I believe we are then ready to seek healing.
Much of my therapeutic framework has been centered from an Existential background. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness for depression and anxiety relief.
For an individual to feel whole, one must first heal the relationship that one has with one's self.
