Member Application

Join the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce & Industry by completing this simple application. Your application will be reviewed and voted on before activation. Memberships are in the name of the COMPANY, based upon the number of employees in your company. This includes owner, staff, 1099s etc. If you have questions call us at 847-498-5555 before submitting your application. Our dues are annual - January to January. Select the dues rate of your current employee count. Gold and Platinum upgrades may be added now. Please NOTE Banks, Utilities, Non-Profits, Charitable Organizations and student memberships have a special dues rates; please call or email for information. The Chamber accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or checks. Memberships are not activated until full payment is received. Then the application is approved by a majority vote of the board of directors. Student accounts will require parental permission in addition.
