About Us

Compass Health Center provides immediate access to comprehensive mental health and psychiatry services through specialized PHP and IOP programs. Multidisciplinary teams offer evidence-based treatment for OCD, trauma, substance use, school refusal, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, chronic pain, and child dysregulation. Care is delivered in age-appropriate settings for children, teens, young adults, and adults in group-based programs that address symptoms interfering with daily life.
