My psychotherapy practice is dedicated to helping you live the life you want to live. Together we will work on developing tools for facing difficult life choices, interpersonal problems, career dilemmas, peer and social pressures, health concerns, life transitions, depression, anxiety, or other symptoms of psychological distress.

My specialty is in working with adolescents (teens) and young adults. This is such a unique time in one’s life and I consider it an honor to encourage one’s personal growth towards a more positive and productive transition into adulthood.
