Part-Time Marketing & Communications Consultant
Weis Burney LLC, a boutique real estate and corporate law firm in Northbrook, Illinois, is seeking a part-time marketing and communications consultant to support its ongoing marketing and client outreach efforts. This fully-remote position is an ideal opportunity for a self-directed professional with the advantage of flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Edit and prepare email newsletters and marketing communications using content provided by the firm.
- Maintain and update the firm’s website and LinkedIn presence.
- Manage and maintain the firm’s contact database.
- Assist with other marketing, communications, and administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, website content management, LinkedIn, and contact database maintenance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, resourceful approach and the flexibility to support a variety of projects.
Experience supporting a professional services firm, particularly in the legal field, is a plus.
Position Details
- Part-time, independent contractor (1099) engagement
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Flat monthly retainer: no hourly time tracking required.
