Stephen Kohler Bio
Stephen Kohler loves mixing both left- and right-brain pursuits. His background includes such left-brain hits as earning his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, serving as a global leader at Fortune 100, midsize, and startup organizations, and becoming a certified executive leadership coach. From the right brain, he brings his unique perspective as a musician, songwriter, and performer, along with an undergraduate degree in philosophy from Northwestern University. He has combined these analytical and creative sides as the founder and CEO of Audira Labs, a firm he started to explore how music can serve as a method for inspiring corporate leaders to deliver their best leadership performances—one value, collaboration, common purpose, and listening skill at a time. Stephen has taken this show on the road as a two-time TEDx speaker, a guest lecturer at the University of Chicago’s Booth Leadership Studio, and a keynote speaker for numerous corporate events.
