A proven leader and influencer in technology platforms and data analysis, Patti Marshman-Goldblatt has dedicated her career to enabling people to leverage tech tools to make smarter decisions and track their decision-making impact. She is also an expert in sustainability, behavioral science and data and is committed to bringing together leaders and practitioners from business, NGOs, government, and community to collaborate on important missions.
Patti’s affinity for retail was formed at an early age. She likes to share that she was working in retail before she went to kindergarten, as she spent her formative years in her grandmother’s classic “general store” in Canada. She watched her grandmother cultivate a keen sense of customer intimacy by understanding preferences and building meaningful relationships.
It's no surprise that Patti went on to spend her career working with multinational retailers and CPGs in her roles at top software, market analysis, and customer-centric consulting companies in market research, sales strategy, product development, customer marketing and client management.
Patti’s expertise is in crafting change management initiatives that enable people to make smarter decisions. This involves deploying decision-making technology platforms and creating improved processes. Patti has been with Circana via IRI for 5 years leading several retailer Gateways with 2,000+ CPG suppliers driving insights, value and ROI from use of the platforms.
Patti was educated at the University of Toronto Victoria College with an undergraduate degree in International Relations & Economics. She earned her Master’s degree at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst in the Executive MBA program.
She has lived and worked in Canada, the US and Central America and currently resides in Chicago.
She is joined by Bernadette Elenteny Joyce, SharePoint Administrator at First Bank Chicago. Bernadette has a background in Marketing, Design and Communications, and is a graduate of School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
SharePoint requires analytical thinking skills to navigate and troubleshoot across company technologies.
