QuickBooks & Coffee
At this informative workshop, participants will have an opportunity to learn the basics of QuickBooks online accounting software. Using a hands-on format, small business owners will receive instruction on how to set up their accounts, generate invoices, receive payments, make deposits, pay bills, and write checks. There will also be tips on using QuickBooks to generate financial statements, customized financial reports, reconcile accounts and make journal entries. Instructor Tim Hunter, a CPA, is retired CEO of Hunter Capital Markets, a broker dealer and proprietary trading firm he founded in 2003. Participants are required to bring a fully-charged laptop and download QuickBooks Online Essentials version via a free 30-day trial.
