Pat Kelly, who for ten years served as Chief of the Consumer Protection Division, overseeing consumer fraud, will offer tips and guidelines for ways to protect yourself, our clients and your business. Kelly began her 20 year career in the office of the Attorney General in the Chicago consumer fraud bureau which enforces the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act, prohibiting prohibits unfair or deceptive practices by anyone in a trade or commerce.
