Small businesses, nonprofits, associations and others who want to learn how to build lasting relationships with their customers, clients, prospects or members using the e-mail marketing software Constant Contact will not want to miss this program.
During this one hour seminar participants will learn how to:
create affordable professional looking e-mail campaigns
· Set up your account to get the most from the programs features
· Build and manage contacts
· Upload and manage contacts
· Customize your email with your company colors, logos, images and text
During this program, Constant Contact’s Regional Director Steve Robinson, will conduct a live product demonstration. He will show how easy it is to use the program and answer specific product questions. He will build an email newsletter, demonstrate product features, upload contacts and review the report feature while also giving other tips and tricks. Participants will learn how to analyze the results to better promote their businesses, and will walk away from this program ready to create highly branded, professional e-mails. In addition to his experience as a consultant for Constant Contact, Robinson, has over 25 years experience in business development, sales, marketing, and fundraising.
