Photo, Audio, Video, and AI Usage Notice
By attending the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce Small Business Expo, or any event, all participants acknowledge and agree that their presence may be captured by photograph, video, audio recording, or other digital means, including artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced media.
Attendees grant the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce and its agents the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such media for promotional, educational, informational, and other lawful purposes, without further notice, consent, or compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, use in print materials, digital platforms, social media, advertising, and future event promotions.
This stipulation is provided in accordance with applicable Illinois law. By entering the event premises, attendees waive any right to inspect or approve the use of such recordings and release the Chamber and its affiliates from any claims arising from their use.
