With more than 35 million registered users, spanning over 170 industries, Linked In is growing in popularity daily as individuals use the site to build their professional networks. At this program, attorney Dan Felix will explain how LinkedIn can be a part of an effective marketing and networking strategy for business owners. He will give advice and direction on starting and maintaining a profile, and will also explain successful approaches for several key options, including how to manage your "connections." A one-time skeptic, converted by his own success in using Linked In for networking, Felix will discuss how to become a LinkedIn wizard with only a small time commitment. Participants unfamiliar with the site are asked to spend 15 minutes on the site www.LinkedIn.com prior to attending the lunch.
