Richard Melman will be the featured speaker at this year's annual meeting, sponsored by LaSalle Wealth Management on February 7th at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel. Since opening his first restaurant R.J. Grunts in 1971, Melman has been called the country's greatest restaurant developer, with over 30 concept restaurants that encompass over 75 restaurants worldwide, including two of the latest The Magic Pan and Di Pescara, which recently opened at Northbrook Court. Nearly all of the restaurants are one-of -a-kind creations. With sales of over $300 million and over 6,000 employees, the success of Lettuce Entertain You enterprises is attributed largely to Melman's attention to details and hands-on involvement. In a question and answer format, Melman will provide a revealing look at his creative process which has enthralled the dining public for over 3 decades.
