Monthly Luncheon: Sept. 2007 Multi-Chamber lunch
Former President of Sam's Wines and Spirits Darryl Rosen's presentation "Grand Slam Customer Service" will focus on customer service and how to retain a loyal clientele. Rosen helped grow Sam's Wines and Spirits from a single operation to a multi-unit legendary retailer with nearly $70 million in sales.
