In his annual address to the business community, Northbrook President Gene Marks will share his thoughts on the economic development issues facing Northbrook, including its successes and challenges. Some of the issues he is expected to comment on include the recent opening of Willow Festival, proposals for developing 1000 Skokie Boulevard, the future of the Culligan site and progress on environmental issues.
