The Chamber is pleased to present this year’s dazzling Auction and Taste, featuring a lively and energetic Silent and Live Auction along with fabulous fare from some of the area’s finest restaurants.  Over 400 Chamber members, community leaders and guests are expected to attend this annual event which is a important fundraiser for the Chamber.    

With a festive fall theme, the gala event will include a chance to bid on valuable items donated by area businesses, while mixing and mingling with guests in the beautiful Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel ballroom.  Popular items at the Auction include everything from golf foursomes and overnight hotel stays, to restaurant certificates, concert tickets, car wash packages, sports and fitness club memberships, fabulous gift baskets, home goods, and gift certificates to local stores.  Every year attendees engage in friendly competition to be the winning bidder on coveted items.

Live auction item highlights include a complete LASIK eye surgery package as well as  tickets to an upcoming Bulls game, a gourmet Thanksgiving dinner for 12, a golf package for four at Sportsman’s, and hard to obtain Blackhawks tickets.    In addition to an opportunity to bid on these and other valuable items, raffle tickets offer a chance to win $1,000 as well as many other valuable items.

Chamber members are encouraged to invite co-workers, family and friends and sign up early for this fun-filled evening.   Tickets are $25 in advance, $35 at the door which includes complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks along with a delectable “Taste of Northbrook.”*
