Seattle Sutton Healthy Eating was founded over 30 years ago by a registered nurse, Seattle Sutton, to help people lose weight and address other dietary-related health issues.

Today, owner and dietitian-nutritionist Rene Ficek continues that dedication to wellness, bringing with her a successful family background in the restaurant business, and a passion for educating people about the benefits of fresh, healthy foods. Thanks to our unwavering mission of providing quality, health-smart meals to our customers, we truly believe that Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating isn’t just diet food, it’s what you should eat for life.
