Design Construction Concepts (DCC) offers highly custom residential and commercial design and construction. We are a relationship-focused renovation partner that brings curated spaces and client visions to life, with 30 years’ experience delivering a high-touch client experience for spaces requiring an elevated level of detail, finishes and beauty for homes, retail, offices, medical practices, law firms or special purpose spaces.
Our national headquarters is in Northbrook and led by Principal Andy Poticha (a Northbrook resident) together with his partners Mike Frazin, Ira Singer and our team.
