We are seeking a Restoration Project Manager (min 3 years exp in home sales – Cutco, painting services, landscaping, etc.) to join our team! Restoration Project Managers work with owners and insurance adjusters after such events as fire, water intrusion, or windstorm to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.  In this role, you contribute to United Services’ goals of relationship growth, excellent customer experience, and job margin targets by turning leads into sales and completed quality work.

You may be our next team member if you have:

  • Previous experience in sales, estimating, construction management, insurance adjusting, or other related fields
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to thrive under high stress situations while being compassionate and calming with customers and clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, organized
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage own time, being flexible and adaptable as needed
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills a must
  • Familiarity with construction management, project management, CRM, estimating software, a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required
