Job Description
The Northbrook Park District is seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives. This position is responsible for receiving and responding to inquiries from patrons in a friendly and helpful manner, entering data into a registration software system and handling transactions while at the front desk and on the telephone. Provides clerical and general office support to Supervisors and Managers.
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting customers, answering phones, data entry, registration processing in-person, over-the-phone or via computer, cash-handling, filing and other office duties, as assigned.
Position Requirements: A high school degree or equivalent and experience working in an environment requiring multitasking are required. Must possess excellent skills in customer service, general office practices and computers (Microsoft Office). ACTIVE Net registration software experience is desired, but not required.
Additional Information: Positions available for approximately 15 hours a week. Schedule may vary based on assigned facility (Leisure Center and Sports Center work availability). Must be able to work weekday afternoon shifts as well as night and weekend hours.

Pay Rate: $11.75 per hour
