She was President and Co-Founder of the Small and Family Business Foundation Inc\, a non-profit 501 (c)(3) educational resource center for family owned businesses. She also co-founded Soho Dance\, Inc. a Latin ballroom dance studio in the heart of Manhattan. Her creative initiatives\, including "Team Building Through Dance\," "Let's Dance Wellness\," and the "Soho Dance Challenge\," made Soho Dance the hottest and most unique dance studio in New York City.\n\n \n\nRosann has appeared on NBC's Today Show\, CNBC\, and CNN\, as well as multiple local television and radio outlets. A frequent guest speaker\, she has mentored women business owners and served on the New York City Office of Business Development. She is the author of an award-winning memoir\, It's Never Too Late to Dance: Life's Journey to Empowerment\, Change and Success.
