Dennis Foldenauer\, Economic Development Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration will give an overview of what the new law means to smaller businesses and fully explain eligibility\, application and enrollment in the Small Business Health Options (SHOP) Marketplace.  Among the topics covered will be how to compare plans\, how take advantage of the new small business health care tax credits\, employer shared responsibility provisions\, reporting requirements\, timetables and where to get guidance about the process of signing up.  There will be time for questions and answers.  The program is open to all Chamber members.
