Some of Mary's notable accomplishments include: (1) leading the turnaround of the PSEMC Chandler Plant to the "Best Plant" in Danaher 2013\; (2) Policy Deployment/Strategic Business Planning work that led to an almost doubling of revenue over four years\; (3) Application of Lean mindset and toolset in Sales\, Information Technology\, Marketing and Accounting for real business results.\n\n\n\nMary is a SCORE mentor and volunteers at Partners for Progress and Orphans of the Storm. Originally from Pittsburgh (and after 15 years in Arizona)\, Mary currently lives in the Chicago suburbs w/her husband and teenage daughter. For fun\, Mary enjoys being outside and staying active.\n\n\n\nCourtney A Olson has over 19 years of experience in the banking industry. Courtney is currently employed at First Bank Chicago as the SVP/Managing Director of Business Banking since July 2022. Prior to that\, they held the same role at First Bank of Highland Park from July 2020. \n\n\n\nI have a passion for working with nonprofit organizations of all sizes and I specialize in providing a wide range bank product solutions to overcome cash flow challenges. I am also responsible for developing and monitoring Community Development Lending initiatives for the Bank.\n\n\n\nBefore joining First Bank of Highland Park\, Courtney had a long tenure at NorthSide Community Bank\, where they served as the Vice President and was responsible for relationship management\, loan origination and underwriting\, and business development. Additionally\, they handled residential mortgage and consumer loan origination. Courtney also had a role as a member of Rotary District 6440 and Rotary Club of Northbrook.\n\n\n\nCourtney Olson completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1998 and 2002. Following this\, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management from 2008 to 2011.
